Also called a relaxation massage, the Swedish massage gives many benefits. It relaxes the body and improves circulation and range of motion. Experience reduced muscle tension and more importantly mood elevation. The pressure applied during this massage therapy can vary from light to firm. If it’s your first time at the spa or you don’t get massaged often, this is the best massage session to schedule.

The Deep Tissue Massage is a deep pressure therapy. Releases tension, concentrating on the deep layers of the muscles. Pressure is firm to deep and very effective on tight muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. This therapy provides relief for chronic tension and also used to treat various physical ailments.

Share this massage experience with a loved one or friend. Both of you will receive a massage at the same time in the same room. A curtain is provided to give privacy to each individual to change privately. Each person will have their own professional massage therapist with professional draping. Prices for a couples massage vary depending on the length and type of massage chosen.

Sports massage is similar to deep tissue massage but is more targeted on treating minor and chronic injuries. Can also focus on improving your posture. Generally use active and passive stretching to help realign and loosen muscle fibers. Releasing tightness in muscles is a key objective. As the muscles around joints relax, it increases the joints’ range of motion. Similar to the Deep Tissue Massage, this is a deep pressure therapy. Our Trained therapists use firm to deep pressure on tight muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. This therapy provides relief for chronic tension and also used to treat various physical ailments.

When a muscle injury is hurting, the fibers and the fascia that surrounds the muscle have formed tight/trigger points. This causes the muscle to shorten and limits the range of motion and function in the joints. This limited range of motion will stress the joints and cause pain and a variety of other symptoms. This treatment is a post surgery massage that will reduce swelling, help prevent complications, increase range of motion, decrease lumps, and improve your results and appearance. Post surgery treatments begin 48 hours after surgery with doctor’s verbal consent.

Hot Stone Massage/Hot Stone Therapy is a highly sought after services offered in spas. This therapy uses basalt stones – heated to just the right temperature. These heated stones are then used as extensions of the therapist’s hands and used to massage the body. Depending on the injury or pain, this will help to further any therapeutic pressure applied by the therapist. A great way to relieve the stresses that result from the rapid and profound physical as well as mental changes that occur during pregnancy. A Prenatal massage or a pregnancy massage, is designed to relieve aches in the back, neck, hips, legs and weight bearing joints, reducing problems associated with swelling. *Must be at least 14 weeks pregnant to receive these therapies.
