What is The Signature Massage?

The Signature Massage is our specialty massage and most recommended service. Combines the therapies of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage for a customized therapy session. Therapeutic pressure can be strong or very deep based on the needs of each area of the body. Depending on the needs of each area of the body along with targeted stretching therefore loosens tight muscles and joints. A truly unique experience.
This is a specialty massage and recommended for muscle pain and discomfort. Utilizes deep pressure of a deep tissue massage and can be a ‘hurts in a good way’ kind of feeling. Our Trained therapists use firm to deep pressure on tight muscles, tendons, with the stretches of a sports massage.  Provides relief for chronic tension and treat various physical ailments.
Our trained massage therapist use fingers, thumbs, fist, elbows and forearms to help penetrate the tight areas of the body. The focus is on releasing chronic muscle tension, knots and adhesions in the muscles. What is Fascia?

Fascia is a thin connective tissue that covers all the organs of the body, but it’s also known as scar tissue that forms when muscle fibers are injured. When a muscle is hurting, it means that the fascia surrounding the muscle has formed trigger points.  This will cause the muscle to become short and tight and as a result limit the function in the joints. This limited range of motion will stress the joints and cause pain and a variety of other symptoms.
